Our Family 2022

We are Jared and Amy Dodd.

Jared was born in Texas, Amy in Alaska, and they met in the little town of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.

We’ve been married for nearly 20 years and have 10 kids! We both attended a Bible and Missions School and lived in Mexico & Guatemala for a time. Jared has served in ministry as a Worship Leader, Youth Pastor, Missionary, and Associate Pastor since 1998. Amy’s full time work is loving and helping her husband and raising her kids. They have been serving in their Discipleship Ministry since 2012. Since starting their ministry they have served in Texas, Kentucky, Wisconsin and Guatemala and now have a bus and travel part-time all over the United States speaking at events.

Jesus said, “If you love me, you will obey me.” Our greatest desire is to glorify Him by living this out.

Our Ministry

Jesus’ final instructions to His band of followers were to make disciples, immerse them into the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and teach them to obey everything He commanded…  This is what we try to do; make disciples, immerse them, and teach them to obey all that Jesus commanded by first living out the Great Commission ourselves.  We are continually laboring to be disciples who understand how  to obey our Rabbi fully. What does it really mean to be a disciple?  How do I learn how to obey everything He commanded?  These are the questions that we try to answer as we train and equip Christians in this life-long journey of discipleship, immersion, and obedience.

My main ministry is my wife and children, and I love that I get to bring them into the work of reaching out to those who truly hunger for God and desire to follow Him.

We typically work stateside but God has also taken us to Guatemala. We write books and bible studies, film video series, and have a radio show. We have a few of our video series available on rightnow Media and several books for sale on Amazon. We also get to travel around the U.S. doing what we love most, teaching on Discipleship and the Biblical Family and much more.

Matthew 28:18-20

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
